Responsibilities

- Assist in creating and setting up email newsletters and other marketing campaigns through .

- Ensure all email elements—subject lines, images, links, and layouts—are accurate and professional.

- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing reports on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

- Work closely with the marketing team to align email campaigns with broader marketing strategies.

- Conduct A/B testing and analyze email performance to optimize future campaigns.

- Maintain email lists, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted outreach.

- Document processes for campaign setup and execution to build a knowledge base.

- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure that all email components are cohesive and visually appealing.

- Stay up to date with email marketing best practices and trends to enhance campaign performance.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

- Some experience in email marketing is preferred, but not required.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in content, layout, and links.

- High proficiency in English, with the ability to correctly spot grammatical errors and awkward turns of phrase.

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting is preferred.

- Familiarity with CRM systems such as is a plus.
