JOB DESCRIPTION 
3 main responsibilities:
1- Reporting (Closing, daily, weekly, monthly reports, financial reports, campaign reports, etc). Manage the relationship with our Finance and Business Intelligence team. Responsible for the overall business reporting for internal and external clients.
2- AdOps (PMPs, Campaign guidelines for AdOps, KPIs analysis, campaign analysis.)
3- Trafficker (Create vast tags, onboard new publishers into GAM, generate the PMPs for clients)
Essential Functions:
Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Leads the overall internal reporting of the business unit (daily, weekly and monthly reports)
  2.  Provide actionable insight to clients and sales with quantitative and qualitative analysis
  3. Utilize several AdTech platforms to prepare reports and communicate campaign performance to clients; set up Programmatic Deals,
  4. Collaborate with Sales Planning to develop campaign strategies and budgets that meet client goals and objectives.
  5. Provide the Account Management team with campaign reporting data for client recap decks and campaign strategy recommendations for future campaigns.
  6.  Check with AdOps for campaign delivery and propose guidelines for improving the campaign delivery and KPIs
  7. Lead the month-end business unit closing.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position.
Required Education and Experience

    1. 2 - 3 years experience in Digital Marketing - preferred but not mandatory
    2. Data analytics studies, business administration degree, economics degree, Engineer, or related studies - could be studying
    3. Advanced English level - not mandatory
    4. Advanced Excel knowledge (Vlookups, If Functions, Formulas, etc). Other data processing tools are highly valuable
    5. Aptitude and a preference for working in collaborative teams
    6. Good attention to detail and strong analysis skills
    7. Capacity to adapt to change, proactivity and ability to learn
    8. Ability to prioritize projects
    9. Knowledge of the digital ad ecosystem and familiarity with ad platforms and tools. The Trade Desk , Google DV 360, Xandr, AdsWizz, Triton, GAM, among others
