Essential Functions
Provides high-quality, timely development and on-time input to solutions for service delivery, managed services, or implementation-oriented client projects. Assignments typically require basic analysis and problem-solving with an emphasis on meeting IQVIA services/delivery commitments to clients. Contributes to meeting client satisfaction objectives.
• Attend to internal and/or external requirements.
• Participate in the tasks of maintaining productive deliverables.
• Use advanced SSIS to create ETL (extract, transform and load data) processes and jobs for new developments.
• Create and configure the environment necessary for new PBS clients; Database, ETL jobs, Flat Files, etc.
• Participate in the weekly operation of monitoring deliverables.
• Collaborate in the monthly operation with the generation of deliverables for Data Integration of Taunus, PBS, DDD.
• Provide end-user support and investigate and debug issues, among others, in CSM (Customer Solutions Management).
Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1-3 years of related experience required.
• Intermediate English proficiency required.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, ETL (extract, transform and load data), and data visualization tools like Flexview.
Preferred Qualifications
• Basic knowledge in Python, experience using Azure and PowerBI are preferred.
