- Grade/label the emails according to the given guidelines and policies of Microsoft.
- Identify, analyse, discuss, conclude new email types, and communicate them with the team.
- Need to verify different key aspects before labelling a mail
- Apply knowledge of internet security, information security, and email security to improve the accuracy of email grading.
- Knowledge of spam, phishing tactics, and IP protocols is considered advantageous for the role.
