About the Role
This entry-level position is ideal for digital marketing enthusiasts eager to learn about video advertising. As a Jr. CSM, you will work closely with Client Solutions Managers and the Programmatic and Data Solutions team to ensure smooth campaign launches and successful delivery. You will be at the center of campaign execution, gaining hands-on experience with YouTube or Social Media advertising, campaign management, and client solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Setup & Execution -Assist in launching, monitoring, and optimizing digital video campaigns across various platforms.
- Track campaign pacing and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that objectives are
met. - Identify and escalate performance issues, suggesting solutions to improve outcomes.
Client & Team Collaboration - Support Client Solutions Managers in preparing strategic proposals, targeting lists, reports and
analyses. - Respond to internal and external queries with urgency and accuracy, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, including Programmatic and Data Solutions, Sales, and Analytics, to align on campaign strategies.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Generate detailed post-campaign reports, summarizing overall performance, insights, and
recommendations. - Analyze key metrics and trends to support strategic decision-making for future campaigns.
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign processes and client requirements.
Process & Platform Proficiency - Develop proficiency in internal tools and platforms, including Salesforce, programmatic
advertising platforms, and analytics dashboards. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and the latest YouTube and Social Media
advertising capabilities. - Stay up-to-date with 3p developments and partnership capabilities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience at a tech publisher, media agency, or digital platform (YouTube or
Social Media experience preferred). - Basic proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, calculations, and data visualization.
- Familiarity with digital media platforms, programmatic buying, or campaign management tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems is an advantage.
- Google Ads or YouTube certification is a plus.
