We are looking for a
Jr. Atlassian Admin/Jr. Project Coordinator
to join our team. This role will support the Technology and Product Group by using the project management tool Atlassian to track the progress of team projects and support task management. In this role, you will collaborate with project managers and team members to set up and customize JIRA and Confluence, analyze data, and facilitate efficient workflows.

Additionally, this role will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This role involves collaborating with project managers and team members to support project activities, track progress, and maintain documentation.

This position will be
on-site
with our client,
Sony Pictures Entertainment, and will report directly to the client regarding the project.

Qualifications:

· Strong understanding of JIRA and Confluence (Atlassian Suite).

· Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

· Strong organizational skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

· Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

· Solid proficiency in project management software and tools

· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

· Set up, manage, and customize JIRA and Confluence (Atlassian Suite) to support project management tailored to team needs.

· Track project progress and create regular reports.

· Prioritize issues and tasks, allocating appropriate resources.

· Collaborate with project managers and developers/vendor teams to update the status of tasks.

· Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

· Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.

· Maintain project documentation

· Support project managers in identifying and resolving issues and risks.

· Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Job Work Set up:

  • Hybrid Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday in Culver City Office, Friday Remote Work
  • Hours: Full Time, 9:00am – 6:00pm, 40 hours/week
  • Full-Time Position with Benefits - Includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage through HMO.
  • Note: This position does not include Paid Time Off (PTO) or 401(k) benefits.
  • Hourly Pay Range: $20 - $23.50
