Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
• Collaborate with the team to develop innovative solutions addressing complex technology challenges.
• Analyze data, derive insights, and contribute to strategic recommendations for solution design and client engagement.
• Support building and maintaining client relationships, understanding their needs, and contributing to solution delivery.
• Assist in project management tasks, ensuring tasks are delivered effectively and aligned with project goals.
• Contribute insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project success.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting
• Proven experience: Entry-level experience in consulting
• Proficiencies: Basic understanding of consulting methodologies and industry trends
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Other Qualifications:
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus (e.g., MBA)
• Relevant certifications related to the field are a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $43,800 - $81,300.
