Key Responsibilities:
- Support and Assist: Help manage a team of creatives to deliver client projects effectively.
- Project Management: Keep projects on track by coordinating timelines and budgets.
- Client Relations: Act as a secondary contact for clients and gather feedback.
- Analyze and Optimize: Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Communication and Coordination: Ensure smooth communication across team and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Knowledge & Experience: Basic understanding of digital marketing and familiarity with project management tools.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills (C1 English proficiency).
- Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player.
- Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, plus experience in an account support role (marketing agency experience a plus).
