Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and Assist: Help manage a team of creatives to deliver client projects effectively.
  • Project Management: Keep projects on track by coordinating timelines and budgets.
  • Client Relations: Act as a secondary contact for clients and gather feedback.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  • Communication and Coordination: Ensure smooth communication across team and client meetings.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge & Experience: Basic understanding of digital marketing and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills (C1 English proficiency).
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player.
  • Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, plus experience in an account support role (marketing agency experience a plus).

About the Role:

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Senior Account Manager with project coordination, client communications, and team organization. You’ll help keep marketing projects running smoothly and contribute to the success of our client engagements.
