Summary / Objective:
Klickly is seeking an intelligent, organized, and highly-motivated “A-Player” to join our Account Management team, in which you will act as the primary internal representative of Klickly's brands. This role is especially suited to individuals who have a proven track-record managing client accounts, who have very strong organizational & planning skills, who are able to work effectively within evolving and high-growth environments, and who have a strong interest in startups. 3-4 years experience in a sales team, account management team, or startup roles desired. Interest in growth into leadership roles is ideal.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Meeting, calling, and emailing with customers to understand concerns, identify opportunities for optimization, and share progress and answers
- Reviewing product performance for each customer to proactively identify potential concerns and opportunities for optimization
- Working with product, tech and sales team to resolve customer concerns and to optimize their experience
- Maintaining thorough records of customer issues, progress, and outreach (especially via Hubspot)
- Analyzing customer outcomes to understand team performance across key retention KPIs
- Implementing and customizing processes and procedures to improve customer outcomes
- Managing and coaching team members, including recruiting and training new team members
Desired experience and skills:
- 1-2 years experience in a process-oriented sales or account management team (management consulting and/or eCommerce backgrounds a plus)
- Organized with impeccable attention to detail and a methodical and consistent working style
- Flawless organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Highly motivated and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
- High levels of integrity and discretion
- A positive attitude
- Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word, and Google Docs and GSuite management skills
- Experience with HubSpot (CRM), Trello, and Slack)
