Job Description :
The Application Engineer Level 3 will be responsible for managing and supporting the full range of Microsoft 365 (M365) services and applications, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Intune. This role will oversee license management, handle complex support escalations with Microsoft, and maintain security and compliance standards. You will also manage user identities and policies within Azure AD/Entra ID and play a key role in automating workflows using Power Automate.
