Responsabilidades e atribuições:
Buscamos um Jovem Aprendiz para apoiar as áreas de Gestão de Estoque, amostras e Organização de Materiais.
Você irá:
- Organizar materiais de escritório, pastas e arquivos, mantendo tudo em ordem, além de preencher sistemas com informações dos estudos;
- Auxiliar no arquivo, controlando a entrada e saída de documentações;
- Auxiliar no estoque, contabilizando, controlando a entrada e saída de itens;
- Dar suporte logístico, entregando materiais e amostras para as equipes.
- Ajudar a receber, conferir e registrar amostras em nosso sistema.
- Manter a organização do ambiente de trabalho.
Requisitos e qualificações:
Para atuar como pessoa Jovem Aprendiz na ALS, esperamos que você tenha os seguintes requisitos básicos:
- Ensino médio completo;
- Noções básicas de informática e digitação.
- Disposição, proatividade para ajudar colegas em tarefas do dia a dia.
- Vontade de aprender, se desenvolver e crescer na organização.
