As a REVENUE ASSURANCE AND FRAUD MANAGEMENT (RAFM) ANALYST you will be responsible for supporting LATRO’s global telecommunications revenue assurance and fraud management (RAFM) business. You will perform a variety of RAFM functions across our managed services projects including implementation, execution, and management of customized RA and FM controls, identify and provide justification for suspected fraud activities and work with field teams in prosecuting and investigating fraud. LATRO is looking for an experienced RAFM Analyst who demonstrates strong communications skills, solid self-motivation, and outstanding individual effort in the context of a supportive and collaborative team culture.
The RAFM ANALYST is based in Jordan, reports to Director of RAFM Services, and collaborates with other RAFM Analysts, Business Analysts, and Project Managers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize existing RAFM tools (LATRO AssureFintech, any Third-party platform or direct DB access) to fulfill the following requirements:
- Design and implement customized RA and FM controls according to client business KPIs and specific assurance needs
- Collect, analyze, and prepare data for Fraud Detection and Revenue Assurance reports
- Assess qualitative data to identify trends, make logical deductions, and provide customer recommendations
- Ensure RA and FM controls are executed on an hourly, daily, and weekly basis, escalating results which impact the client business
- Prepare regular reports and provide insightful presentations to customers, highlighting LATRO’s service deliverables
- Identify and track current fraud trends by reviewing database records and sources
- Maintain and build new data sets and systems
- Monitor mobile network activity and trends for potential fraud patterns
- Effectively communicate with appropriate clients and colleagues to resolve fraud concerns
- Maintain a high level of customer service while supporting clients
- Work on projects of various degrees of engagement which are aligned with Corporate and Departmental Objective using established guidelines, review, make decisions and document results
- Provide internal and customer training.
- Monitor international trends for fraud and revenue assurance.
- Track product related incidents/tickets to identify possible implications within client deliverables.
- Ensure industry best customer service and client deliverables.
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Telecommunication engineering or related field
- Working knowledge of GSM/UMTS technology
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and process improvement skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to build cross-cultural relationships (internal and external)
- Functional understanding of mobile telecommunications systems and operations
- Proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)
- Database (MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB) query and usage skills a plus
- Knowledge of working with various OSS/BSS systems and their respective data is a plus
- High level of interpersonal, communication and presentation skills ME
- Desire to learn about current wireless and computer technologies
- Interest and competency in international business and culture
- Foreign language fluency requirements (spoken and written): English (French and Arabic a plus)
