As EX Administrator, you will own and execute various HR administrative responsibilities as directed in support of the LATRO Technology Solutions division of the company – not just for the company’s Jordan office but other offices as well based on business needs. You will report to the EX Manager and collaborate with the wider EX Team, Finance, departmental management and team members across the organization.
This role requires collaboration with both internal and external parties and reports in person to LATRO’s Amman, Jordan office.

- Serve as first-line support for personnel HR-related questions
- Personnel File Management
- Office management duties for the Amman, Jordan office
- Other administrative duties as directed
Note that the company uses a HRIS to administrate a number of the responsibilities above.
JOB SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a Jordan HR role; global HR experience including UAE a plus
- HR certification preferred
- Previous experience working with an HRIS a plus
- Thorough working knowledge of Jordan labor and social security regulations; knowledge of Jordan medical insurance landscape a plus, as well as UAE working knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Arabic, other languages a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated emotional and intercultural intelligence and ability to model and nurture a positive, engaging work culture
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to maintain objectivity as well as confidentiality; high level of integrity
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility, possessing a bias towards action
- Ability to self-start, self-manage, prioritize, and execute a wide range of concurrent responsibilities with excellence
- Possess the confidence to think critically, push for clarity, problem solve, propose solutions/improvements and act decisively
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite platforms/tools including SharePoint or the ability to learn quickly
- Flexible and adaptable to change, embodying a continual learner/growth mindset
- Previous experience with an international, geographically distributed team a plus
