About You:

We are looking for candidates with 0 – 6 years of experience who are:

• Passionate about digital transformation and energy-efficient solutions
• Skilled as Business Analysts or similar roles
• Knowledgeable in Cloud, IoT solutions, and Analytics
• Keen on working with new technologies from both user and developer perspectives
• Driven to leverage technology for better business outcomes
• Commercially astute with strong networking and opportunity identification skills
• Capable of managing high-pace projects with ownership and execution
• Holding relevant higher education with commendable results
• Methodical, analytical, and systematic in approach
• Norwegian and English is a requirement in this role.

Desired Platform Experience:

• SAP: Proficiency in using SAP's ERP solutions to streamline business processes.
• Microsoft Azure: Experience with Azure's cloud services for building, deploying, and managing applications and services.
• Salesforce: Familiarity with Salesforce for enhancing customer relationship management and driving sales growth.
• Siemens Digital Industries Software: Knowledge of Siemens' suite for product lifecycle and manufacturing operations management.
• Microsoft Copilot: Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Copilot for AI-powered coding assistance and development efficiency.
