Sky Italia is looking for an Acquisition Commercial Specialist to lead the customer acquisition strategy for NOW, our on-demand streaming platform. The role will be responsible for developing strategic, data-driven analyses to support commercial decision-making and contribute to the definition of the acquisition strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze demand and consolidate sales forecasts
- Develop and execute strategic and seasonal acquisition plans
- Define pricing and go-to-market (GTM) strategies to maximize customer acquisition while ensuring financial sustainability
- Monitor sales performance and propose corrective actions
- Support the achievement of financial targets (NG, Revenues, EBITDA)
- Translate customer insights and KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, reason to buy) into actionable commercial strategies
- Develop models to assess and analyze the effectiveness of business strategies.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in similar roles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and Power Point
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau)
- Fluent in English
- Strategic vision and strong business orientation
- Analytical and data-driven approach, with a focus on BigData
- Digital mindset and deep understanding of the current and future entertainment landscape
- Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate with top management.
