Property Manager:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties
- Lead onsite teams and ensure top-tier resident satisfaction
- Monitor leasing performance, budgets, and vendor coordination
Leasing Agent:
- Give engaging property tours and build strong rapport with prospects
- Handle leasing paperwork, applications, and move-ins
- Support marketing efforts to drive occupancy
Maintenance Technician:
- Perform routine maintenance and respond to service requests
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues
- Maintain safety and cleanliness of the property grounds
