- Is proficient in backlog management.
- Is familiar with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
- Possesses advanced English skills for effective communication with clients.
- Participating in discovery meetings to gather insights and requirements.
- Engaging in refinement and readiness activities, assisting in defining tasks and estimating effort for development.
- Collaborating with the development team to define the architecture and design of solutions, ensuring alignment with established requirements.
- Reporting progress to the client effectively.
- Proposing the best approaches to help clients achieve their goals.
- Adapting to a highly fluid environment with shifting priorities.
- Assisting other team members in developing their skills.
- Addressing real business challenges in collaboration with the client and the team.
- Working in high-performance agile teams on international contracts.
