Sou Analista de Atração de Talentos e procuro pessoas Cientista de Dados que utilizam IA e localizadas no Brasil para atuar em um dos clientes da CI&T.
Principais ResponsabilidadesTraduzir dados de eventos digitais (web/app) em modelos de comportamento do usuário
Desenvolver análises exploratórias e avançadas para identificação de padrões, jornadas e fricções
Gerar insights acionáveis que influenciem decisões de produto, marketing e experiência do cliente
Estruturar e conduzir hipóteses analíticas, garantindo sua validação através de testes e experimentação
Projetar, desenvolver e escalar modelos de Machine Learning e IA, com foco em comportamento e personalização
Implementar estratégias de experimentação (A/B testing, causal inference, uplift modeling)
Trabalhar em conjunto com squads de produto, engenharia e analytics para garantir a correta instrumentação e qualidade dos dados
Evoluir frameworks e metodologias de mensuração de comportamento e impacto de iniciativas
Apoiar a democratização de dados, garantindo clareza e entendimento dos insights gerados
Requisitos Técnicos
Experiência sólida como Cientista de Dados (nível sênior)
Forte domínio de análise de dados comportamentais digitais (eventos de front-end, tracking, jornada do usuário)

Skills Required
- Solid experience as a Data Scientist at senior level
- Strong expertise in behavioral digital data analysis (frontend events, tracking, user journeys)
- Advanced Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, pytorch/tensorflow)
- Advanced SQL (performance and analytical modeling)
- Experience with supervised and unsupervised Machine Learning
- Predictive and behavioral segmentation modeling experience
- Time series and user journey analysis experience
- Experience with tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe, Tealium, Snowplow)
- Strong knowledge of experimentation techniques and causal inference
- Familiarity with cloud data environments (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking; ability to translate complex data into clear, executive narratives
- Investigative profile oriented to hypothesis formulation
- Experience with AI applied to user behavior, recommendation, personalization at scale (differential)
