Requisitos
- Disponibilidade para atuação híbrida em nosso escritório de Campinas, SP (3x/semana)
- Experiência em desenvolvimento de software com foco em Back-end
- Experiência sólida com Java e Spring Framework
- Vivência na construção e manutenção de sistemas distribuídos e arquitetura de microsserviços
- Conhecimento avançado em desenvolvimento e integração de APIs REST
- Vivência com pipelines e práticas de CI/CD
- Experiência com serviços AWS, especialmente:
- ECS
- Lambda
- Step Functions
- Forte capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas complexos
- Experiência atuando em ambientes ágeis utilizando Scrum ou outras metodologias ágeis
- Vivência liderando iniciativas técnicas, projetos ou apoiando o desenvolvimento de outros profissionais
- Inglês avançado
- Conhecimento em Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Experiência com AWS CloudFormation
- Experiência com Docker e conteinerização de aplicações
- Vivência em arquiteturas cloud-native
- Experiência com observabilidade, monitoramento e otimização de performance
- Participação em definições arquiteturais de sistemas de alta disponibilidade
- Experiência em processos de modernização e transformação tecnológica
- Atuação prévia como mentor(a) ou referência técnica em equipes de desenvolvimento
