Job Description:

• Diseñar y aplicar políticas y programas de prevención de riesgos laborales y protección ambiental.
• Identificar peligros, evaluar riesgos y establecer medidas de control preventivas y de medio ambiente.
• Coordinar capacitaciones en seguridad, salud ocupacional y medio ambiente.
• Supervisar el cumplimiento de la normativa legal vigente y estándares internos.
• Investigar accidentes e incidentes, generando informes y medidas correctivas.
• Participar activamente en la revisión previa emisión de los Procedimientos, estándares e Instructivos Operativos aplicables al proyecto.
• Coordinar auditorías internas y externas.
• Gestionar la relación con autoridades competentes (SEREMI, Superintendencia, etc.).
• Revisar y aprobar planes de trabajo, matrices de riesgos y procedimientos de subcontratistas.
• Supervisión del cumplimiento de permisos y normativas ambientales (SEIA, Resoluciones de Calificación Ambiental - RCA)
• Implementación de planes de manejo ambiental: aguas, flora y fauna, residuos, emisiones, ruido, etc.
• Elaboración de reportes mensuales, semestrales y anuales.
• Participación activa en comités de seguridad y medio ambiente.
• Archivar y controlar todos los documentos (procedimientos e instrucciones operativas) del departamento de Seguridad, Salud en el trabajo y Medio Ambiente.
