Job Description- At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- At least 5 years of experience in JDA/Red Prairie WMS implementation & support
- At least 5 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment.
- At least 5 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
- Lead a team of consultants in understanding as-is business and come up to be business maps
- Analytical and Communication skills.
- Planning and Co-ordination skills.
- Experience independently managing large WMS programs for implementation/rollout/support
- Experience in client relationship or account management
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.

Skills Required
- Minimum 5 years creating requirement specifications and process architecture/design/detailing
- Minimum 5 years JDA/Red Prairie WMS implementation and support experience
- Minimum 5 years development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation and deployment experience
- Minimum 5 years capturing requirements, documenting, and mapping current business processes (internal/external consulting)
- Proven experience independently managing large WMS programs for implementation, rollout, and support
- Experience leading a team of consultants and creating business process maps
- Client relationship or account management experience

- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for consulting engagements
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (or three years progressive experience in specialty in lieu of each year of education)
- At least 11 years of Information Technology experience
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (US Citizen, Green Card Holder, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, L2-EAD). No OPT-EAD, H1B or TN candidates; employer cannot sponsor visas
