About the Job:
We're seeking a skilled Java/SQL Developer with substantial experience in both Java and SQL. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting Java-based enterprise applications with significant SQL integration. The ability to efficiently switch between Java and SQL is critical to optimizing performance and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and troubleshoot Java-based enterprise applications.
• Seamlessly integrate and optimize SQL within the application.
• Utilize SSRS for reporting and data management.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to communicate progress and ideas.
• Address and resolve application issues to improve performance.
• Ensure smooth functionality and efficiency in both Java and SQL components.

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience in Java application development.
• 5+ years of SQL experience, including strong skills with SSRS.
• Proven experience with Spring/Spring MVC.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and share progress openly.
• Availability to work onsite 5 days a week.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience working in a similar environment with both Java and SQL integration.
