Key Responsibilities
Meetings with the experimentation team.
Analysis, development, and follow-up of requirements.
Development of A/B tests for web platforms.
Review of experiments through unit and manual testing.
Collaborative work with different teams to define requirements and request adjustments and changes in applications.
Working with UI/UX designers.
Repository management.
Code and peer reviews.
Must-have Skills
+4 years of experience working as a Frontend Engineer.
Strong knowledge of web technologies such as JavaScript and TypeScript.
Applying best practices for HTML development.
Extensive experience with vanilla CSS.
Experience working with Git and GitHub.
Experience in building and maintaining web components.
Nice-to-have:
- AI Tooling Proficiency: Leverage one or more AI tools to optimize and augment day-to-day work, including drafting, analysis, research, or process automation. Provide recommendations on effective AI use and identify opportunities to streamline workflows.
Knowledge of A/B testing platforms such as Optimizely and Statsig.
Experience developing applications based on React.
Knowledge of the WordPress platform and end products.
Experience using Adobe Analytics.
Familiarity with tools such as Gulp, ESLint, and npm.
Experience working with REST APIs and third-party web services.
