- Java/J2EE development and design experience
- JMS/ESB implementation and integration
- SAAS application design and development, micro services based architecture design
- Cloud API integration, AWS API services development and integration
- NoSQL data model design experience

- Rule engine and workflow development experience

- Expertise with Technologies such as Spring, Spring Cloud, Elasticsearch
- Implementing RESTful APIs and event driven architectures with cloud-native principles
- Knowledge/expertise with Front-end frameworks such as AngularJS

- Team leading, task and project planning experience
- Strong communication skills and an ability to interact with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel
