Job Description
Job Title: Java/MES Developer
Location: East Hartford, CT
Salary: $75-85k
U.S. Citizens Only due to ITAR Restrictions
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven Java/MES Developer to deliver innovative digital solutions within our client's Java/MES enterprise platform, supporting various manufacturing sites.
In this role, you will:
- Develop, enhance, and implement Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions
- Integrate MES with other enterprise products for our internal operations customers
- Write and maintain back-end Java code and contribute to a custom Windows front-end application using a mix of Java and SQL
- Troubleshoot MES-related issues, resolve systems integration challenges, and support the application lifecycle
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in Java development, with proficiency in React.js and Node.js
- Expertise in SQL Server and Azure SQL Database
- Strong understanding of MVC Pattern, JDBC, and RESTful web services
- Familiarity with Java concurrency patterns and object-oriented programming principles
- Ability to write reusable Java libraries
