Job Description
We are looking for a talented Senior Java Software Engineer to join our Malaysia Tech Center. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions for cross-border payments, serving our global merchants and supporting our globalization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design solutions that integrate with multiple systems and services.
2. Develop high-volume, high-performance, low-latency mission-critical applications.
3. Write maintainable, robust, and testable code.
4. Conduct code and test case reviews.
5. Implement processes, solutions, or tools to enhance software delivery and quality.
6. Stay updated on the latest software development trends and industry best practices.
7. Lead a team, providing workshops, training, and knowledge sharing on mobile technologies.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Experience in software development within the finance, payment, or banking industry is preferred.
3. Strong social, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
4. Proficiency in Java and familiarity with at least one other programming language.
5. Solid knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and ORM technologies.
6. Strong foundation in frameworks such as Spring and JUnit.
7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
8. Experience in team management is a plus.
