Job Summary
Synechron is seeking a skilled Java and React Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. This role plays a critical part in creating secure, user-friendly systems that deliver seamless experiences across web and mobile platforms. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize application architecture, and support organizational growth through robust technical solutions.

Software Requirements

• Required: Java (version 11+), Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST API development, React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Git, Maven, Jenkins, SQL databases (MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL), Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)

• Preferred: Redux, TypeScript, CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines), Cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience level: 5+ years supporting full stack development with Java and React in enterprise environments

Overall Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable backend services and React-based frontend applications

• Design secure REST APIs and integrate backend and frontend components to deliver seamless user experiences

• Build reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Optimize application performance for responsiveness, security, and scalability

• Support CI/CD pipeline setup and automation of deployment workflows

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across backend and frontend systems

• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers

• Maintain technical documentation, API specifications, and operational procedures

Technical Skills (By Category)

• Programming Languages:

  • Essential: Java (version 11+), React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

  • Preferred: TypeScript, Redux, additional scripting languages (Python, Shell) for automation

• Databases/Data Management:

  • MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL; experience with complex queries, data validation, and schema design

• Cloud Technologies:

  • Basic understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP deployment support (preferred)

• Frameworks and Libraries:

Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development with Java and React

• Proven ability to develop scalable REST APIs and integrate backend and frontend components

• Experience working in enterprise environment supporting web and mobile applications

• Knowledge of microservices, containerization (Docker + Kubernetes preferred), and cloud deployment

• Industry experience in finance, banking, fintech, or enterprise-grade solutions is advantageous

Day-to-Day Activities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services and React-based frontend applications

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams during sprint planning, code reviews, and deployments

• Optimize application response times, security, and overall performance

• Troubleshoot issues across backend and frontend systems, conducting root cause analysis

• Support automation of build, test, and deployment pipelines in CI/CD environments

• Write and update technical documentation, API descriptions, and operational procedures

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor junior developers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent

• 5+ years supporting full stack application development in enterprise environments

• Certifications in cloud platforms, security, or Java development are advantageous

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills

• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environments
