- Packages System implementation with n-tier architecture (ex. Citrix, Application Server, Web Server, Database Server etc.)
- Facilitate resolution of customer issues by logging and verifying bugs/enhancements
- Performing on-site client work and troubleshooting, dial-in services and 24x7 beeper support as necessary to debug customer issues.
- Experience in Java, J2EE with Web server experience (i.e. Apache webserver, IBM HTTP server, IIS).
- Experience in Application server and Web services ( i.e. WebLogic, Websphere, Oracle Application Server)
- Database experience( Oracle, SQL)
- Knowledge of LDAP or other security authentication systems a plus
- Experience in Order to Cash and\or Purchase to Pay concepts
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology.
