Manager Developer – Java Full Stack
Join us as a Lead Developer at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, in our Software Engineering Team to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.
Main Mission
-
Work on projects related to the IV-AIS Lab Manager* component, together with the local team.
-
Execute the developments tasks writing, understanding specification, writing code and unit tests and fixing bugs.

Support the maintenance tasks with issue investigation and bug fixing.
You will
Development Management
-
Manage the development projects through all steps, from conception to production.
-
Ensure efficient communication with the R&D and remote team, to anticipate drifts as much as possible.
Team Leadership
-
Drive a local team of 3-5 people, with different roles, developers, testers, business analysts, following SCRUM agile methods.

Ensure the team understands the needs and can work efficiently.
Development Tasks
-
Validate the specification received from Business analysts.

Design, Develop and Test the required feature.

Investigate and resolve defects.
Quality of Work
-
Ensure required Unit, Functional and Non-Regression tests are defined and executed.
-
Ensure required Technical and Functional Documentation is produced.

Ensure the Quality Assurance process is applied throughout the sprints.

Assist Quality Assurance team with the Verification & Validation procedure.

Essential Requirements
-
8-12 working years of experience.
-
Experience in Java2EE developments with data on Relational Databases.

Knowledge of SQL on Oracle and PostgreSQL RDMS.

Experience in complex web-based applications, utilizing Angular (latest versions), HTML5, Javascript, CSS3 and integrating Restful API’s.
-
University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent
Desirable Requirements

Willing to learn new software and architecture.

Ability to conceptualize long term solutions with strong constraints.

Ability to communicate efficiently, initiative spirit.
