JAVA Full Stack Engineer (80-100%)
The aim of the Development department is to build the best Private Banking IT platform on the market, supported by a talent-rich organization capable of adapting to rapid technological changes.

You'll be joining the Finance team as a Senior Software Engineer, where you'll be involved in the development/architecture of new components and the ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
In collaboration with your management and peers, you will contribute to the promotion and sharing of software development best practices across the team.
YOUR ROLE
Understand business needs and contribute to the design of solutions and the implementation of architectures that meet these needs Develop JAVA containerized microservices with Springboot/Quarkus and use messaging and event streaming services such as Kafka.
Corrective/evolutionary maintenance of existing applications and participation in their migration to SpringBoot
Use of CI/CD and APM tools to monitor and improve application performance
Participation in the various testing and production phases of developed solutions
Ensure that code, tests and documentation comply with quality and automation standards by taking part in these activities and participating in code reviews.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure that the solution is properly integrated into the platform.

YOUR PROFILE
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science (or equivalent)
Sound interest in software development, design and implementation of distributed architectures
Experience in JAVA / Spring Boot backend development and relational / non-relational databases will be appreciated
Fluency in French and English
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good analytical mind and good capacity for abstraction, enabling you to identify and explain the problem to be solved before thinking about solutions.
Resident in Switzerland or willing to relocate
