Full Stack Developer
Location: Wilmington, DE
Duration: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire
Pay: $55–$60/hr W2

Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong
experience in end-to-end web application development, Agile delivery, and
modern CI/CD practices. The ideal candidate will build secure, scalable, and
resilient applications across the full software development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design,
develop, test, deploy, and maintain full stack applications.
- Work
within an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver software increments.
- Implement
CI/CD, TDD, cloud-native, security, and resiliency practices.
- Collaborate
across development, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Troubleshoot
and continuously improve application performance and reliability.
Requirements
Required Skills
- Strong
full stack development experience.
- Proficiency
in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
- Experience
with CI/CD, TDD, cloud development, application security, and resiliency.
- Understanding
of the complete software development lifecycle.
- Experience
with build, testing, deployment, monitoring, and development tools.
- Strong
Agile/Scrum experience.
- Public
cloud platform experience.
- Infrastructure
automation experience.
- Experience
with Agile ceremonies and backlog management tools.
Skills Required
