Job Summary
Synechron is seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. This role combines strong backend development in Java with modern frontend work, collaborating across cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The successful candidate will contribute to architecture decisions, drive feature delivery, and support CI/CD and cloud adoption to enable business growth and digital transformation.
Software Requirements
Required Skills (Essential)
Proficiency in Java and Java EE platforms for enterprise application development, including Spring, Hibernate, and JSF
Frontend experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React.js or Angular) and HTML5/CSS3
Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Version control experience with Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)
Experience with build and packaging tools (Maven or Gradle)
