 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
• Actas a subject matter expert while collaborating and managing the team to perform effectively.                    
• Analyze and resolve complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance.                        
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience.                          
• Develop and implement effective remediation strategies for application-related challenges.                                                     

• Provide training and support to team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve service delivery.
   

*This role is hybrid and requires being onsite with the client at least 3 days per week in the assigned location. NOTE client has Mandatory Contractor Time Away - 5 days Every Quarter.* Basic Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Java Full stack Developer
• Minium of 5 years of experience with application support
• Ability to work with little supervision
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of Java experience
• Minimum of 5 years of Angular experience
