Preferred
• At least 4 years of experience in software development working with various technologies like Java 1.6+, Spring, Hibernate, angular JS, Web Services - SOAP and Restful, Junit, Servlet, Eclipse, Apache server, Linux, Unix, WebLogic server.
• Candidate with exposure to Jira, GIT, Maven, and Confluence will be preferred.
• At least 1 year of Lead experience to lead a team
• At least 2 year of experience in project lead activities not limited to estimation, resource management, prioritization, execution.
• Candidate must have experience to work in Global Delivery model- i.e. onsite- offshore model.
• Technical aptitude and experience with the software tools and techniques used in software development
• Must be able to collaborate with offshore team
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Ability to research new and emerging technologies
• Experience in credit cards and Payments domain would be a plus
• At least 4 years of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development, maintenance projects.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Qualifications
Qualifications Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of Information Technology.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 4 years of IT/software development experience
- At least 4 years experience with Java (Java 1.6+), Spring, Hibernate, Servlets, JUnit
- Experience with front-end framework AngularJS
- Experience building Web Services (SOAP and RESTful)
- Familiarity with Eclipse IDE, Apache Server, WebLogic Server, Linux/Unix environments
- At least 1 year of lead experience managing a team
- At least 2 years performing project lead activities (estimation, resource management, prioritization, execution)
- Experience working in a Global Delivery (onsite-offshore) model and ability to collaborate with offshore teams
- Experience with software development life cycle and project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects
- Exposure to Jira, Git, Maven, and Confluence
- Experience in credit cards and payments domain
