We are seeking a highly capable Java Backend Developer with a strong foundation in Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs), Multithreading, and hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend development principles and a passion for writing clean, testable, and efficient code.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services using Core Java.
Implement robust object-oriented solutions with proper design patterns.
Develop and optimize multithreaded components to handle concurrent processes efficiently.
Write comprehensive unit tests using frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, or similar tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot and debug issues in a timely manner.
Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–7 years of professional experience in Java backend development.
Strong command of Core Java, including Collections, Exception Handling, and File I/O.
Excellent understanding of OOPs principles and design patterns.
Proven experience with multithreading/concurrency and synchronization techniques.
Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, TestNG, or Mockito.
Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Good understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle.
Exposure to CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Familiarity with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., Log4j, SLF4J).
Knowledge of databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Exposure to Spring Framework (especially Spring Boot) is a plus.
