About the position
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in systems design and development. In this role, you will support online and mobile projects, contributing to the full software development cycle while serving our clients in Hong Kong.
You will have the opportunity to
- Oversee the complete software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and system release.
- Manage technical projects focused on mobile payments, ensuring successful delivery.
- Collaborate with internal and external users to gather and discuss project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including project management plans and technical specifications.
- Conduct system design, testing, support, and maintenance to enhance application performance and reliability.
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in systems design and development.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Jakarta EE, Spring Framework, and related technologies.
- Familiarity with mobile frameworks and experience handling high transaction volumes is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
