Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is part of a 300 strong global delivery network, supporting Hitachi Digital Services around the globe. Our employees collaborate with teams in India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. From cloud migration to digital modernization and advanced analytics, offering operational excellence, agile delivery, and plenty of energy to work on huge transformation projects for our customers.
The role
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Java and modern front-end frameworks.
- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
- Create responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Integrate with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MongoDB).
- Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
- Work with DevOps tools and practices to manage deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
What you’ll bring
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in fullstack development with enterprise Java and modern JS frameworks
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot,… and REST API design
- Dxperience with front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
- Working knowledge of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Good understanding of CI/CD practices and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Excellent English communication skills for engaging with international stakeholders
Preferred
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects and IT consulting environments
- Knowledge of security standards, compliance, and data protection practices
- Exposure to Agile and hybrid project delivery models
- Ability to understand client business needs and translate into technical solutions
- Willingness to work onsite at the customer’s office (in HCMC)
