Your Role and Responsibilities

現在、当社ではプロダクトの市場投入を加速するフェーズにあり、新たにプロジェクトマネジメント体制の強化を進めています。

本ポジションでは、プロジェクトリーダーのもとで、プロダクト開発に関わるプロジェクトの進行管理、社内関係者との調整、ドキュメント作成などをサポートいただきます。

ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、アーキテクチャ、ビジネスなど複数のチームと連携しながら、プロジェクトが円滑に進むよう情報を整理し、関係者間のコミュニケーションを支援する役割です。

また、当社では民間企業向けのプロジェクトに加え、官公庁・政府関連のプロジェクトに関わる機会もあります。そのため、プロジェクトの内容や要件を正確に理解し、関係者との調整や進捗管理、各種ドキュメント・レポート作成を丁寧かつ正確に行うことが求められます。

半導体やAIに関する高度な専門知識を必須とはしませんが、技術的な内容に抵抗がなく、エンジニアとのコミュニケーションを通じて必要な情報を理解・整理できる方を想定しています。

EdgeCortix is entering an exciting phase of accelerated product commercialization, and we are strengthening our project management capabilities to support this growth.
In this role, you will work closely with Project Leaders to support the execution of product development projects, including project tracking, internal coordination, documentation, and reporting.
You will collaborate with multiple teams, including Hardware, Software, Architecture, and Business, to organize project information, facilitate communication, and help ensure smooth project execution.
In addition to commercial projects, EdgeCortix is involved in projects with government agencies and public-sector organizations. As such, this role requires the ability to understand project requirements accurately and provide reliable support in project coordination, progress tracking, documentation, and reporting.
Advanced technical expertise in semiconductors or AI is not required. However, candidates should be comfortable working with technical information and communicating with engineering teams to understand, organize, and convey relevant project details.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable, and who enjoys supporting project execution in a fast-paced, global environment.

• プロジェクトスケジュール、タスク、課題、リスク等の管理・更新
• 社内関係者（ハードウェア、ソフトウェア、アーキテクチャ、ビジネス等）との情報連携・調整
• プロジェクト会議への参加、議事録作成、アクションアイテムの整理・フォローアップ
• プロジェクト関連情報・進捗状況の整理およびレポート作成
• 日本顧客向けの資料・レポート等の作成サポート
• 官公庁・政府関連プロジェクトにおける進行管理、情報整理、ドキュメント作成等のサポート
• 必要に応じた英語でのメール・チャットによる海外チームとのコミュニケーション
• その他、プロジェクト運営に必要な各種サポート
• Support Project Leaders in day-to-day project coordination, execution, and progress tracking.
• Maintain and update project schedules, tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate and facilitate information sharing among internal stakeholders, including Hardware, Software, Architecture, and Business teams.
• Participate in project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, document action items, and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Organize project information, track progress, and prepare project status reports and updates.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, presentations, and reports for Japanese customers.
• Support government-related and public-sector projects through project coordination, progress tracking, information management, and documentation.
• Communicate with overseas teams in English via email and chat as needed.
• Provide other administrative and operational support necessary for effective project execution.

• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• 日本語でのビジネス文書、レポート、議事録等の作成能力
• 英語の文書を読み、メール・チャット等で基本的なコミュニケーションができること
• プロジェクト管理、PMO、プロジェクトコーディネーション、またはそれに類する業務経験
• 複数の関係者と連携し、タスクや情報を整理しながら業務を進めた経験
• 技術的な内容に抵抗がなく、エンジニアリングチームとのコミュニケーションが可能であること
• Native-level Japanese proficiency.
• Strong ability to prepare professional business documents, reports, and meeting minutes in Japanese.
• Ability to read and understand English documents and communicate in English through email and chat at a basic business level.
• Previous experience in project management, PMO, project coordination, or a related role.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and managing tasks, information, and follow-up activities.
• Comfortable working with technical information and communicating effectively with engineering teams.

• Experience supporting the development of products or systems that integrate hardware and software.
  
• Experience as a Project Manager, PMO, or Project Coordinator in engineering or technical development projects.
  
• Experience participating in projects involving government agencies, public-sector organizations, or research institutions.
  
• Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Excel, or Google Sheets.
  
• Experience working with global or cross-border teams in an English-speaking environment.
  
• Business-level English communication skills, including verbal communication.
