Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Technical Manager to lead our engineering efforts in India. This role involves overseeing the full product development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of product development engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
* Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, including requirements gathering (RFI/RFQ analysis), system design, development, testing, and deployment.
* Utilize and manage development tools such as JIRA for project tracking and Git for version control.
* Conduct thorough system analysis to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
* Drive the design and architecture of scalable and robust hardware & software solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, program management , QA, and operations, to ensure successful project delivery.
* Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
* Ensure adherence to design standards, best practices, and security guidelines for both hardware and software
* Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and product offerings.
Job Qualifications
* Proven experience in a technical leadership or management role within product development.
* Demonstrated experience in RFI/RFQ analysis and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
* Expertise in system architectural analysis and software design principles.
* Extensive experience in various aspects of product development.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
