Morgan Wealth Management (USWM) business is focused on helping investors achieve their long-term financial goals and is comprised of the Chase wealth management business, J.P. Morgan Advisors, Personal Advisors and Self-Directed - our digital investing platform. As a Vice President Product Manager for Lending Solutions, you will partner with business and technology teams to define and deliver a product roadmap that enhances the advisor and client lending experience. You will translate vision into clear requirements, coordinate delivery across stakeholders, and strengthen the control framework through process and automation improvements.

Job responsibilities
  • Partner with technology teams and business stakeholders to bring product vision to life
  • Contribute to end-to-end product roadmap initiatives that enhance advisor and client lending experiences
  • Define, write, and manage product requirements; coordinate workstreams and maintain documentation in JIRA/Confluence
  • Provide clear presentations and regular communications to working groups, control partners, and senior stakeholders as needed
  • Develop and drive proactive solutions to improve the lending control framework through automation and procedures
  • Support product knowledge development and operating model expansion for financial advisors, self-directed clients, and support staff
  • Gather and evaluate client and advisor feedback to inform roadmap decisions and prioritization
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and market events related to margin trading and lending solutions
  • Build strong relationships across business, legal, risk, compliance, finance, marketing, and technology partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 3+ years of experience supporting one or more wealth lending solutions
  • Working knowledge of Agile product development frameworks and practices
  • Strong project management skills, including requirements writing and cross-workstream coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present updates to diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple lines of business within J.P. Morgan
  • High attention to detail with the ability to deliver tasks on or ahead of deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Fundamental understanding of Wealth Management services, client types, and products/solutions
  • Experience with lending delivered via both bank and broker-dealer models
  • Experience strengthening control frameworks through process design and automation
  • Familiarity with margin trading trends, regulations, and related market events
