The Opportunity:We are looking for an entry-level Financial Advisor to join our growing team at Spectrum Financial Group. We offer comprehensive training for this position, so no prior experience is necessary.
Job Responsibilities:- Help clients evaluate their financial goals and objectives
- Conduct financial feasibility analyses and make appropriate recommendations
- Develop and implement investment plans and strategies
- Conduct effective client meetings and build relationships
- Continuously keep updated on financial markets and products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Prior experience in financial services
- Series 7 and/or 66 Licensure
- Clients referral book leading to growth opportunities
- Strong passion for investing and financial planning
- Ability to build meaningful relationships with clients
