Are you someone who naturally puts clients at ease, loves building lasting partnerships and enjoys seeing campaigns succeed? We are looking for a calm, organized and client-focused Italian-speaking Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our client's team in Athens.

In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to help their digital advertising campaigns run smoothly and deliver the results they expect.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients
  • Understanding client goals and market trends to offer tailored solutions
  • Developing clear account strategies that support both client and business objectives
  • Presenting recommendations and spotting opportunities for campaign optimization and growth
  • Resolving issues quickly and ensuring smooth campaign delivery
  • Staying updated on digital advertising trends and best practices
  • Keeping accurate pipeline, forecasts, and client records
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding revenue and performance targets

Requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Fluent Italian and very good knowledge of English
  • 2+ years in telesales, inside sales or outbound sales
  • Proven success in managing client relationships and hitting sales targets
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads etc.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce or Dynamics 365 ideally)
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking and strong organizational skills
