The Role

Binnen deze functie sta jij centraal in het beheer en de doorontwikkeling van het IT4IT-landschap. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de beschikbaarheid, prestaties, beveiliging en innovatie van de tooling die essentieel is voor softwareontwikkeling, automatisering, configuratiebeheer en endpoint management.
Wat ga je doen?Als IT4IT Platform Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor zowel het operationeel beheer als de technische doorontwikkeling van de IT4IT-platformen.
Je werkt nauw samen met engineers, architecten, security-specialisten en DevOps-teams om de toolchain continu te verbeteren en verder te professionaliseren.
Tot jouw verantwoordelijkheden behoren:Beheren, onderhouden en doorontwikkelen van de IT4IT-tooling;
Borgen van 24x7 beschikbaarheid van de platformdiensten;
Uitvoeren van upgrades, patches en lifecycle management;
Ontwerpen en implementeren van nieuwe functionaliteiten;
Automatiseren van beheer- en deploymentprocessen;
Integreren van tooling binnen CI/CD- en DevSecOps-processen;
Inrichten van monitoring, logging en security controls;
Opstellen en onderhouden van technische documentatie;
Adviseren over verbeteringen en innovaties;
Ondersteunen van incident-, problem- en changemanagementprocessen.
Who You Are
- HBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Platform Engineer, DevOps Engineer, Automation Engineer of vergelijkbare functie;
- Ervaring met GitLab, Nexus, Harbor, Tanium of Ansible Automation Platform;
- Ervaring met Linux (RHEL);
- Ervaring met Ansible, Python en/of PowerShell;
- Kennis van CI/CD-processen;
- Ervaring met Kubernetes/OpenShift;
- Kennis van Security-by-Design principes;
- Ervaring met bedrijfskritische platformdiensten.
