主要職責
- 負責專案全生命週期管理（規劃、執行、監控及結案）
- 管理專案範疇、時程、成本與品質，確保符合業務目標
- 與跨部門團隊及利害關係人合作，確保專案順利推進
- 推動敏捷開發（Agile），並執行相關流程（如 Scrum）
- 識別專案風險並制定對應的緩解措施
- 與管理層及客戶維持良好且有效的溝通
任職條件
- 具備 5 年以上專案管理經驗，具銀行或金融產業經驗尤佳
- 具備敏捷開發（Agile）專案交付經驗（如 Scrum / Kanban）
- 熟悉數位轉型專案與相關技術或流程
- 具備良好的溝通協調與利害關係人管理能力
- 能同時處理多項任務並具備良好抗壓能力
- 具備中等英文能力，能閱讀與理解英文文件並進行基本溝通
加分條件
- 具備大型核心系統專案經驗
- 熟悉銀行業務（如支付、信用卡、數位銀行等）
- 擁有 PMP、Scrum Master 或相關證照
