Job Description
During this internship, learning is central. You will have the opportunity to watch experienced IT Support Analysts and independently perform supporting tasks. Your work will include:
- Participate in the Service Desk and get acquainted with the daily IT support
- Handle second-line tickets and support users
- Provide support for walk-ins and meeting room issues
- Attend Tech Hub sessions and learn from senior analysts
- Preparing laptops and mobile devices for use
- Shadowing during floor walks and observing how escalations are handled
- Participate in daily IT stand-ups and document key insights
Who are we looking for?
- You are following a bachelor course in the direction of IT, ICT or similar
- You have a good command of English
- You are eager to learn, proactive and have good communication skills
- You have an affinity with technology and user support
Priority will be given to internships which are part of your academic curriculum. Ideally, the duration should be at least 6 months.
