JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead entire suite of Oracle EPM cloud applications that UL is using for financial closing, management reporting, account reconciliations and for costing and allocation and Planning. Lead the development of design specifications and deliverables related to system enhancements by analyzing system needs, options, risks, costs, and impact on enterprise business process and goals. Support change processes, policies, and standards as they relate to technology design. Lead complex analyses and translate business, information and technical requirements into I.T solutions that meet business needs. Develop and design high level technology within network, communication, and hardware systems. Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, forming project teams, establishing project budgets, developing schedules, assigning, prioritizing and monitoring work, implementing productivity standards, and resolving operations problems. Lead and monitor project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, and recommending actions. Analyze system needs, options, risks, costs, and impact on enterprise business processes and goals, and lead the development of design specifications and deliverables related to the support of system enhancements. Recommend department policies by developing standards, Prepare long range objectives and budgets. Support change processes, policies, and standards as they relate to technology design. Design data integrations between ERP and EDM. Oversee full life cycle EPM financial systems solutions for budgeting, forecasting, allocations, and management reporting. Supervise two (2) IT Analysts. 100% telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the U.S. *This position qualifies for UL LLC's employee referral policy program.*
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related and seven (7) years of experience as a software developer, software engineer, Oracle Cloud EPM programmer analyst, or related
Special Skills Required: Must have work experience in each of the following: 1) Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS) and Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (EPBCS); 2) Oracle Hyperion Essbase and Oracle Profit and Cost Management Cloud Services (PCMCS); 3) Oracle Hyperion Financial Reporting Studio and Oracle SmartView; 4) Oracle ARCS; 5) Oracle Financial Close and Consolidation Services (FCCS); and 6) narrative reporting. 100% telecommuting allowed from anywhere in the U.S.
