The IT Technical Engineer will work on Salesforce and SAP S/4 Order Management integrations. This role involves end-to-end testing of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, API/interface validation, automation testing, and defect governance in enterprise transformation programs.
Responsibilities- Validate Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes including pricing, billing, deliveries, and returns
- Create and execute test scenarios, test cases, regression suites, and integration test plans
- Conduct API, interface, and payload validation using REST/SOAP services
- Perform manual and automation testing using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools
- Validate middleware integrations, async processing, and error/retry handling
- Manage defect lifecycle, root cause analysis, and reporting through Jira
- Collaborate with business, SAP, middleware, and development teams for issue resolution
- Support SIT, UAT, regression, cutover, and hyper care activities
- Contribute to AI-enabled testing initiatives such as AI-assisted test generation and automation improvements
You have:
- Graduate/ Post Graduation degree in related streams with 6+ Years of experience in Salesforce and SAP S/4 integration testing with strong Order-to-Cash (O2C) process knowledge
- Hands-on experience in API/interface testing, Postman/SOAP UI, and automation tools like Selenium or Playwright
- Strong expertise in Jira-based test management, defect tracking, regression testing, and enterprise QA processes
It would be nice if you also had:
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, middleware platforms (MuleSoft, CPI, Boomi, web Methods), and CI/CD testing pipelines
- Exposure to AI-driven testing tools such as ACCELQ, Mable, Testim, or Trecentist AI capabilities
- Experience working on global ERP transformation or multi-country rollout programs
