Job Description

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise the IT team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective task coordination.

  • Create monthly work schedules and maintain accurate daily attendance records for team members.

  • Motivate and manage the team to meet performance goals and continuously improve service quality.

  • Host regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions to review performance, share company updates, and align on future goals.

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment built on trust, reliability, and open communication.

  • Support onboarding and training efforts, identifying development needs for both new and existing employees.

  • Prepare reports in line with company management guidelines and expectations.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, keeping the team informed and aligned.

  • Develop and update operational procedures and manuals based on evolving needs.

  • Collaborate with other Playtech units on product launches, bug fixes, customer integrations, and more.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot production-related services and hardware, escalating issues to specialists when necessary.

Qualifications

📌 Requirements

  • Education: Completed higher education in Information Technology or a related field.

  • Technical Knowledge: Skilled in installing and troubleshooting software related to Windows OS and Microsoft Office.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in the IT field.

  • Leadership Background: Proven experience in team management, with a solid grasp of mentoring and leadership principles.

  • Language Skills: Advanced English proficiency—spoken, written, and reading.

  • Collaboration & Networking: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to handle conflict constructively, and work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

  • Communication Skills: Able to clearly and confidently explain work-related matters, company policies, and procedures.

  • Team Coordination: Capable of organizing, guiding, and managing teams efficiently.

  • Problem-Solving: Quick thinker with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions under pressure.
