ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the IT Team Lead of the Bluevine India site, you will work side by side and manage another IT support specialist. Plan, execute and maintain IT projects locally and be a part of the Bluevine global IT team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Hands on manager, administrating systems, providing technical know how, leadership and supervision.
• Solving issues, establishing priorities and workflows, monitoring and managing the completion of tasks on time.
• Lead and deliver IT projects, deploy new IT systems and services.
• Execute infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
• Manage and maintain office network and access management.
• Maintain desktops, laptops, printers, software and software licenses
• Manage the onboarding of new users, and install and configure new computers and software.
• Introduce new IT-related software to enhance and improve IT support across the organization
• Manage team deliverables and task planning within Jira
• Managing access to the company’s IT systems and tools.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Intune, AzureAD, and management of Windows devices, application distribution, and security policies.
• At least 5 Years of experience working as a Senior/system Administrator at a global company.
• Experience as a Team Lead, managing a team of at least 1 additional IT specialist.
• Proven experience with corporate IT systems, G-suite, Office365, Atlassian, IDP solutions, Slack, Okta, etc...
• Proven experience working on Mac linux environments.
• Proven experience and good understanding in networking, switches and routing.
• Ability to work independently / team, with multi-tasking capabilities.
• Ability to work on complex issues in a fast and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills with customer service orientation.
• Fluent in English communication.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

• Experience working with AWS cloud.
• Experience with scripting (PS, python, bash).
• Experience with Automation tools.
• Experience with security solutions, SSO, endpoint management systems.
