🖥️ About the Role
We’re seeking a capable and hands-on IT Systems & Support Specialist to take full ownership of internal IT support across our Sydney CBD headquarters. You’ll be the go-to person for IT troubleshooting, systems maintenance, user onboarding, and hardware optimisation — supporting a fast-paced and growing national business. This is a full-time, onsite position (Monday–Friday) and not a help desk or remote role.
💼 Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support across desktops, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot Mac and Windows environments
- Manage Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, and Autopilot
- Write/run PowerShell and GAM scripts for automation and admin
- Support onboarding/offboarding and maintain hardware across desks, docks, AV, TVs
- Oversee AV setup and support in meeting rooms (Logitech)
- Maintain endpoint security and monitor BYOD compliance
- Create and update IT documentation, guides, and checklists
- Liaise with vendors and building IT infrastructure providers
- Drive improvement projects and IT infrastructure optimisation
- 5+ years in Level 2 desktop or internal IT support
- Expertise in Windows, MacOS, Google Workspace, M365, Azure AD, Intune
- Strong scripting ability (PowerShell, GAM)
- Hands-on experience with commercial office setups (desks, docks, AV)
- Highly organised, accountable, and task-driven
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Willing to work on-site 5 days a week in our Sydney office
- Comfortable working independently in a high-performance environment
- ITIL or relevant certifications preferred
- Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift
- Willingness to undergo and pass a police check, background check, and social media check as a condition of employment
